Great photos!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Where in the Blue Ridge are you? We are in Virginia and begin collecting monarch caterpillars at the end of July. 🙂

That’s more fun than a wheelbarrow full of monkeys! Happy to see you at the Boomer Muse.

I’m about 40 miles south of Roanoke. I guess I don’t know what to look for. Do you collect their cacoons?

i collect the eggs and caterpillars from the milkweed that grows along the road. Then i continue to feed them until they form their Chrysalis.
Funny, i’m south of Roanoke as well, in Floyd County. Almost on the Carroll county line. Small world. 🙂

What a great series! Each shot is good enough to stand alone, but together, they tell such a fun story!

I didn’t think you were because she knows me somewhat and likely would have recognized my name. But how many Trees would one person know and in the same county.
