A Sistine Chapel of sky
A Maxfield Parrish of pink-lined clouds
over a Timothy Leary of tide
The beach at sunset is a great romance
of Mona Lisa moon and Van Gogh sun
Where Lovers stroll
and paddle surfers sweep
the deep end of ocean
Painting with my camera
I time the wash of waves
Tilt the lens to spill
Jackson Pollack splatter
Flame orange and gold

So beautiful! I love the one with the carnival. There is something awesome about being on a Ferris Wheel and looking out over the ocean!

I think they look like angels in the sky, Sherry. I agree about #3, Tabor. Nothing Van Gogh about it but the Mona Lisa moon is flirting full view.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I love that you tilted your camera to spill, that is such an unusual way to describe photography, but it is totally true. You are right, that sunset was a masterpiece.

Love the photos with the sunset beach poem. Very tricky how you caught those angels in flight. Usually they can’t be seen. You must have one of those new cameras! See you when you get back.
