Yours was a true vacation. Mine was more like a quick stop over but I still enjoyed lots of the things that you show. Thanks.

Upon seeing my kin again
The hot sun only adds to my frustration.
Layers of dust covered hatred helplessly stirred.
The days, years, feelings… all build something new,
Something tired and sweaty.

Never seen carousel horses on a victorian porch before, but oddly, it works. There’s a mansion near us that has one in their bay window tho. 🙂
Fun!

What’s with the three fishing pole bit? Back in early February I watched an older gent put out three just like that here in Texas. I sat there and watched him set up his rigs for at least an hour while I ate my lunch and just enjoyed the day.

Thanks for the visit! We did post very similar tree shadows, didn’t we. Love the fun house photograph – I’m guessing holiday dinners there would be quite entertaining.

I love the whimsical spirit of these images. You have an artist’s deft view of the world around you, Colleen.
