Pink Floyd
1. A new take on Mary Kay?
2. Flocks of Phlox
3. I left my heart at Slaughters Garden Center.
4. My pink sneaker with a view.
Post notes: All of the above pictures were taken around Floyd on THIS day.

The pink scooter does it for me. As someone who drives a pink bicycle – yes, it’s a men’s frame, and a very expensive one at that – I relate very well to this color. It’s always made me happy.
I think I’ll wear my pink striped button down tomorrow. Just because.

Hi Colleen, I don’t know about my heart but I left a bunch of money at Slaughters garden center this weekend while getting plants & fertilizer for my garden since the guy finally came to plow my garden up! Here from Micheles.

one of our local DJ’s posted this on her website. (it made me think of you):
Because Memorial Day Weekend is the official start of summer, USA Today has listed 15 unforgettable vacations. One really stood out, as it is the one stop light town of Floyd, VA that is the hometown to my college roommate Laura. Turns out Floyd is part of the 253 mile long Crooked Road. I wonder if Laura realized she grew up in one of the great vacation spots around. By the way, you can get to Floyd in about five hours if you just head east into southwest Virginia.

I was laughing all the way through this one from the title to the Mary Kay to the flip-flops. So when are you going to get your pink scooter?

Love it! I’ll take your pink moped and raise you a pink Hummer.
