Two of the faces in the last shot are those of men. Can you pick them out?
The Christmas Eve open house is a long time neighborhood tradition that revolves around cookies, Kahlua, and games. Here’s what I wrote about it in a past post:
“My close friends know that if I attend a potluck, I’m more likely to bring a bag of corn chips than a homemade casserole or a pie. But I make it up to them with my yearly Christmas Eve Open House. With one fell swoop and a platter full of cookies, I get my hosting out of the way for the year.” http://looseleafnotes.com/notes/2006/02/my_place_or_yours.html
It was actually a smaller crowd than normal. I like the fact that Jayn and I are tied together with a big gold bow in photo number 2.

Looks like a great time was had. And…I love that barn. I like to photograph it and have a couple of keepers…after seeing it in the moonlight, I may have to try one of those! Hi to all…

Hi. You’re up! Up on My Hats Blog, that is. Tell all your friends.
Looks like you had a great Christmas. We ogled that amazing full moon, too. Next month, I’m going to a nearby lake for pictures. I hope we get the same thing again. My camera is in the hospital right now. Tsk.
