The Apple of My Eye and His Pumpkin
There comes a point in life when the thrill of new love comes to us through our grandchildren. The first time they purse their lips for a kiss, say your name (nana), hold out their arms for you to pick them up. Their smile melts your heart, makes it skip a beat. Their laugh leaves you breathless. You bring them gifts. You want to be close. Can’t wait to see them again.
Watch me follow Bryce around HERE.

Somethimg I missed with my boys that I get with grandchildren is the intensity with which they discover every little thing and study it and compartmentalize it, and it comes out at strange times and thrills me,.”Grandy I know why the top comes off the birdhouse. That’s when the little birdies call and are in trouble and we can help them”
Bryce has that look of awe and intensity here. Everything is a miracle to them and bigger than all get out.
I’m missing that …

My niece and nephews bring me the greatest joys. I love being with them. This a very sweet post and Bryce is as lucky to have you as you are him!

Life in the bloggy world moves so fast. I cannot believe how grown up he is – seems like only yesterday…
What a doll. 🙂
