It’s a flame azalea on Buffalo Mountain that had dropped to the ground.
The last one is from when Josh turned our house into a pottery gallery for 16 Hands. He put up a sheet as a backdrop and covered that window but the a.m. sun still shown in.

Gorgeous photos.
The last one reminds me of shoji screen. A little filtering out the world with a wall or too and it’s much simpler. The noise and oys make the quiet that much more restful.
