These were snapped at the tea party at Katherine’s. You can see a snow man that her son started to build but was too heavy to life. I’ve been watching it change. A snowman waiting to happen or a missed opportunity. Is the snowman half empty or half full?

The snowstorm missed us this time.

The snowman is in transition 🙂 Great pics, and yes very creative!

each one tells it’s own story. I really like the bench. it makes me wonder how many people have sat upon it and pondered something, anything. we’re buried here in Milwaukee this morning. I have a 6 foot fence bordering my backyard and I cannot see the top of it. but as I write this the sun just came out. it’s a beautiful day. have a great one Colleen! thanks for all your kind comments at my place. I look forward to your visits and your thoughts – you cut to the chase and I love it.

It feels strange, this 70 degree temperature with dampness and wind… as if a tornado would pop up any minute. Not supposed to do this in February, although I remember Christmases when I was a child and we went to Roanoke to visit and we had mild temperatures in the 60’s. Of course the following year would have snow.

What a beautiful blog you have! It exudes such a feeling of peace and aesthetics. Thanks for visiting me (nice to meet you!), and for sharing your February art. There’s nothing like nature to take my breath.

Looking at your beautiful pictures has got me wanting to esape the big city and head out into the countryside. Hampstead Heath here I come tomorrow…

These are super. It seems to me the elements are taking that bench away….Far, far away…
