there’s something very satisfying about growing your own potatoes. the surprise of finding them there, underground when digging. what’s a bubble and squeak lunch?

I thought some might be intrigued. It’s an Irish/English dish of potatoes, cabbage and carrots mashed together and fried up in a skillet. Great with venison burgers.

Oh I missed this. So cute! Sometimes you can put ham in the bubbles and squeak too. Or after a boiled dinner saute it in a frying pan……it is better than the boiled dinner in my opinion.
