I guess it is clogging, but why wouldn’t they were clogs??

Clogging is like tapping but has more higher lifts of the legs. It is also related to flat footing which they do here, adapted long ago from the Native step dance and Scots Irish step dancing.

Oh, I think I could watch Irish step dancing all day! I like it even better than tapping and clogging!
