Light Show
Winter Spring Summer Fall
like a board game wheel spin around
Dizzying colors turn and return
We race to keep pace
Greedy to play

Wonderful shadows of a lovely child and the colors are wonderful too. The shadows of the leaves are very crisp and the angle is very original. I wish you a great weekend!

It’s Liam, Bryce’s 2 year old brother. He was running off before I could snap and the scene reminded me of this poem I wrote years ago.

The little guy is ready to play (his day job) and learn in any season. The strong southerly sun leaves shadows to explore, and at his age, sitting still is not an option! Lovely poem, beautiful child!

I love the light this time of year, it being so variable and always in motion with the clouds scudding across the sky.
