Time Spins On
I have always loved pinwheels, and after seeing the Big Log video with Robert Plant in the early 80’s, I was especially hooked. I buy them whenever I see them, give them to my grandkids and put them in my garden. So it was no big surprise that when our friend Rio passed away on Sunday and people started bringing flowers and leaving them on her porch that I brought a pinwheel. Rio was an artist of many mediums and I wanted to validate that by letting the pinwheel say “beauty captures our attention.” I wanted it to represent the fact that “time spins on,” as fleeting as it is. ~ Blessed Be.

A pinwheel is a fun thing – not only can we feel it, we almost can see it in the pinwheel. The pinwheel is a nice remembrance for a fun tribute. It captured my attention!
