My favourite place is by the sea – almost any weathers except when the beach is crowded. Lovely view of the shadowy steps.

I’m surprised that the white bike shows up so well against the white fence. For some reason, I like about any photo or painting that includes a traditional bike. I would really love to visit wherever this is!

Summer is gone, alas, as we look upon this old tyme vacation spot. We are far too active on the short vacations these days and miss the slower pace of an old arcade, the Victorian trimmed homes and the briny sea air – simple pleasures we deny ourselves, This place looks so relaxing!

I’m visiting with my family and helping with care for my mother in my hometown, a beach town and past amusement park town in Massachusetts.

It is true. Every picture can tell a story of a thousand words. What these capture, is mind-boggling at first. This seaside has a nostalgic feel while at the same time casting an eye out and forward -dare I say ‘beyond’. I find them very inspirational, as I did write four lines of verse which I have tucked away for another day.
My BF lives and grew up along that shoreline. It must be a magical place.

It’s a old remnant for my hometown’s Paragon Park (amusement park) days and I think there was something like gambling in there, or some sort of game. I never played it.

Very tranquil scenes, missing all the green

That second photo makes me wish I were there — especially as there is NO SNOW in your photos.

Only snow-like clouds!
