Everything’s better on a boat.
The beer and snacks taste better
And the lounging feels more luxurious.
The views are better.
Even the sunshine feels better on the boat.
And the music makes you want to get up and dance.

I used to have a 19-ft. Lightning and sailed on Lake Chickamauga near Chattanooga, Tennessee. I loved sailing. When asked which novel I would choose to live in, I picked the one on a sailboat. Read my response here:
