Magician Moon
This morning the moon
glowed like a spotlight
in a theater of sky
It appeared like a trick
that was pulled from a hat
after being magically
sawed in half

It’s so easy to feel a personal connection to the Moon- n it’s one of the wondrous, free sights we usually take for granted. For me it’s the character “Luna” who has many followers.

Love the surprise. It is fun to see the birth of something bright and alive, after the destruction of the hat… to hear the giggle.
