Life is a Box of Chocolates
That’s true on Valentine’s Day, or if you’re at the Sweet HeART Chocolate Affair, a yearly fundraiser hosted by the Floyd Artists Association for the Floyd County High School Art Department.
All the sweets and treats are homemade. Attendees chose between tastings or to-go plates.
Pies, cakes and art were auctioned off.
Student art was on exhibit.
That’s Hari Berzins from Floyd Citizens Cooperative TV interviewing a high school student/artist.
And that’s one happy customer who won a donated/auctioned work of art by FAA member Bronwen Valentine.
Do I have to wait for next year’s Sweet HeART affair to get another raspberry truffle (top)?
There’s my true sweetheart following cupid’s arrow.
