Tea Oracle
A wise woman’s wilderness
at the bottom of a cup
rises like a lost continent
that foretells the last sip
It grins like a rainbow
from a black scrying mirror
Across my sunbathed reflection
it bends to the future

I like this. It kind of has an ethereal feel to it & a bit mysterious. It makes me wonder what the message will be, what the future will bring!

A wise woman’s wilderness…..beautiful words. I get the feeling that you’ve only scratched the surface on on that phenomenon.

I’ve been known to search for wisdom in a good cup of tea as well. Looks like there’s hope at the bottom of that particular cup.

I love the thought if finding this at the bottom… somehow it made me think of reading tea-leaves but yet it’s so much more.
Maybe tea is more like a mirror.

I have seen messages in tea and now, I am wondering what message might be forming in that special cup.

Many troubles have been sorted over a cup of tea.

The only message in my cup would be that my tea bag has burst!

Ooh, such an interesting image — I love how you have seen the grin as a rainbow and painted its picture through the mirror and “sunbathed reflection”.
