The next day I went to a house concert at Grateful Bread and was shocked to discover that I knew the featured duo, Cicada Rhythm. The guitar player went to high school with my son Josh’s wife Emily, and they played at Emily and Josh’s wedding last year. The band name didn’t do it. The picture in the paper didn’t do it. But when I got to the house concert and saw the guitarist …BOOM … it all fell into place. I knew they were high quality at the wedding, but so much was going on (a big outside Woodstock type affair).
