Rats for the Cool Cats!
It Rained on Christmas Eve so Santa brought an umbrella.
The morning started with a red cardinal sighting, which may as well have been a sighting of the man in red to me.
Hopa Santa does the stockings in the workshop every year. It’s his thing.
Rats! For the cool cats.
Let’s get this Merry Little Christmas Party started. Thanks Jessie’s Benson@ Buffalo Mountain Bakery for the Santiago almond cake.
A “little” party, as in two to start with, but it happily grew to a pod of six.
“There’s a new rule. You can eat on the couch,” I said after two decades of saying the opposite. The new rule was started because the fabric on our couch is threadbare in places. We bought a new couch but then found out because of Covid (a break in supply chains) we won’t get it till May, so we’re enjoying the last days of the old one that has served us well.
Here’s a cool cat who likes cats!
Some family was missing so we phoned it in. Facetime is better than Zoom.
There were also Christmas carols across the miles.
Through the years, we all will be together if the fates allow, so have yourself a merry little Christmas now (and get out in the White Christmas snow!)
