We’re In!
I ended my last post by saying, the gulf wasn’t warm enough to swim in and that we’d try again tomorrow. Well we did and it was! See HERE.
The fountain of youth. I stayed in for a long time and saw a dolphin that I first thought was a shark because the fin looked black.
I’ve been humming a lot, the whole time in the water and while shell collecting.
I just read in a Marco Island (I keep calling it Marco Polo) visitors guide that this is one of the best places in the world to collect shells. You literally have to comb through piles of them.
Here’s Joe late in the day in what looks like an igloo at an arctic station with sand as white as snow. He’s protected from the sun and wind and dressed for the drop in temperature that comes near sunset.
The sunset got a standing ovation Key West style!

Wow! That place looks awesome. So glad you made it in the water. The sunset video is great! I saw the video of you in the water and you remind me so much of OUR Nana!
