The Boon of June

How Does Your Garden Grow?

My corn may be taller than me, but I’m still taller than the scarecrow buried in the stalks and tassels.

I’m sad that the deer ate my tall phlox and daylilies but glad that they don’t like stokes asters.

Or petunias

I’ve been busy with bluebirds and blueberries.

Are the blues of June over so soon? Hello July.
