But Where Do We Go?
My wardrobe will be complete
when I reach the end of life
with the right style for any season
for wherever I’ll be going
It’s taken years of collecting
to be dressed for any occasion
to be ready on short notice
in all the colors that I love
It’s taken years of trial and error
to find the right fabrics and fit
to feel recognizable and comfortable
and ready for any
last-minute trip

The title simply rocks the poem!

Where indeed? But good to know one can be dressed for it! (In kindness, resilience, courage, wonder …?)

Such a beautifully spun gathering of thoughts because being at ease with moving onto life’s greatest mystery takes deep acceptance. It’s not easy to go blindly into the unknowing.

Yes – we need a lot of fit and tral and fabric to enter into the right look or should I say mode.

I envy your order. I have a lot of odds and ends that amused me on the rack but still haven’t come together in a whole look.

I wish I could say that for my wardrobe. 🙂

Wardrobe like tastes and styles and personalities take and experimentation to get just right. I think this apply to relationships as well. That most be the reason so many say that love takes work… and time.
