Let the Merriment Begin
It all started with the arrivial of the boys and grandboys.
There was the traditional family Christmas photo-shoot.
And the exchange of gifts.

At one point the tree fell over but was rescued before it hit the floor.

The Open House Neighborhood Kaluah and Cookies Christmas Eve party was smaller than it had been in years past but was warm and cheerful.

There was a new baby to meet.

And some Yankee Swap to play.

The Swap included a Zephyr Farm Starter Pack.

A personalized and coveted spread of coffee from those creative people at Chantal Coffee.
“Everything you need to become one of us (a little bit of chaos and a lot of love).”
Josh got a turntable for Christmas and we listened to The Resonance Sessions, a three disc set of regional musicians playing haunting and uplifting songs, recorded in the bones of Josh’s Old Marshall Jail after the devastation of the Helene Flood in Marshall. It was heartful to listen together.

Now I’m all decked out in my new slippers and Vermont Store cotton bathrobe, Christmas classics.

And the boys are getting some rest.

It only happens once a year! More Christmas Merriment HERE.
