Nutcracker Tea @The June Bug Center

The arts are alive in Floyd.

And so are the Christmas Teas.

This one was highlighted by a ballet performance by the students of a ballet class offered at The June Bug Center for Arts and Education.

They performed an entertaining Nutcracker-inspired dance recital to a full house.

Formal holiday attire was encouraged. That’s June Bug ballet instructor Jordan Thompson in the center flanked by friends Valerie and Carol.

Christmas music filled the Center as we partook in teas and treats.

The spread was top notch and included finger sandwiches by Driftwood Catering.

Thanks to everyone who made this a successful event and fundraiser for June Bug.
