13: Let There Be Light
1. I want to write a poem where Global and Fragile rhyme.
2. A quasar, a pulsar or a blazar. Quantum physics can be so confusing when they make up words for things practically no one understands.
3. Reality is a quantum leap / The future is a spectrum/ where entropy meets possibility / the other side of the same.
4. I love this dream that Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir had about Jerry Garcia: “He wanted to introduce me to a song. He invited the song into the room and it had the look and feel of an English sheepdog. It was about the size of the room. It was enormous, but you could see through it. The song came up and sniffed me. We got to know each other and be friends. Then, as it turns out, it was a jazz ballad that Jerry and I were going to sing, and it was a duet.”

I too, like dreams with famous people. Although yours is sort of trippy! I once had a dream about Brad Pitt and he was kissing me in the dream. He actually wanted to be my boyfriend!

Oh, that was a dream that bandmate Bob Weir had about Jerry Garcia, not me. Yes, the TT is a long held tradition and a practice for me. I wouldn’t remember half the things I’ve done or written if not for my blog. It’s a filing cabinet for sure!

I’m not sure if I love #4 or am frightened by it. I have had some doozies of dreams, but that one takes the cake.

I used to keep a dream journal, but I stopped after the dreams stopped being so repetitive. I was haunted by a dream of blackbirds and scarecrows for years, along with another one about a bathtub full of blood, but then they stopped and I hadn’t thought about them in a long time, until now. If they come back . . .!

And it is worse when a roomful of people in a meeting pretend they all know the meanings to those made up words… I know that because I have been the one to ask what they mean for I thought i was the only one ignorant there 🙂
