13+ The Grinch Almost Stole Christmas
It was a smaller than usual traditional Christmas Eve gathering. There were a couple of people sick, some who got better just in time and one expecting a Christmas baby (not pictured).
But we still had double-header Christmas Eve Parties with the family.
And then with the Zephyr Farm Community.
There was some singing together.
Some Banksy vs Taylor Swift fan sharing.
And THIS poem was read… I want the billionaire bah humbugs / of the world to be haunted / Shamed by Christmas ghosts / into epiphanies of conscience…
Rowan and Josh gifted Santa some Chantal Coffee so he could meet all his Christmas Eve deadlines.

But there’s still presents!
Wearing Rowan’s coat, I felt like a character from a Hans Christian Anderson story.
Here I am trying to steal Diane’s Yankee Swap gift.
I didn’t get away with it, and ended up with some Big Foot meat and Bear Claws.
Where have we seen this guy before?
Some gag gifts make the rounds more than once.

I am so glad to hear that the Grinch didn’t steal Christmas 😊 The pictures are priceless and Santa’s coat looks perfect on you ❤️

19 years ago, my sister-in-law was very, very pregnant on Christmas. She had hoped to go into labor that day, but alas, it wasn’t to be. My nephew was born the next day. I hope that Christmas baby had been born and is healthy.
