1. Just when I thought that maybe I should get a real part-time job, I was hired to write four stories about Floyd.

2. Several people that I don’t know want to buy THIS from me.

3. All I know is that Democrats have to work together, bringing experience, skill and caution together with bold new voices.  One doesn’t have to cancel out the other.  The candidate who wins the primary will be my favorite.

4. Life is a Box of Chocolates.  That’s most true on Valentine’s Day, or if you’re at the Floyd Artists Association’s yearly Sweet HeART Chocolate Affair fundraiser for the Floyd County High School Art Department. Check it out HERE.

6. I still can’t believe I just saw the Crash Test Dummies of God Shuffled His Feet fame. See HERE. 

7. God Shuffled His Feet was my favorite album at one time, and so was Dave Matthews CRASH. Listen HERE.

8. My grandsons regularly update me on what’s cool, and they bring so much humor into my life. A few years ago Do The Flop was the rage and I’ve never forgotten it.

11. I have an imaginary blog post title called “I Got Nothing to Say.”

12. For me, job doesn’t work. Danny McGoorty, the Irish pool player said it best,  “I have never liked working. To me a job is an invasion of privacy.”
